"Retrospect" 4/23/10 article on "Play it for Good"

Excerpt:
The community of Haddonfield will join together this weekend to start a new way of helping others in support of a family they’ve come to consider their own.

Mayor Tish Colombi praises the event sponsored by new non-profit organization, Play It for Good. The event, billed as “Play it for Mia,” will benefit the local family of Mia Strobel, a seven-year-old girl recovering from her second bone marrow transplant to battle acute lymphoma leukemia.

  2. Thank you so much for your kind words. We've gotten several nice messages -- and appreciate the time you took to post on our blog. We're glad you enjoyed the concert...

We thought it was a nice evening and appreciate how the community came together to support the Strobels and the event. As Mayor Tish said, there is a lot "goodness in our community" -- and we are SO grateful to all of our friends and neighbors who were a part of the evening...
