Thanks to PIFG Supporters and Sponsors

Play It For Good would like to thank our supporters and sponsors, for the upcoming Benefit Concert, featuring Ms. Laura Norris, who will play a variation of her master's recital to benefit her school's orchestra programs.

Thank you to:
Special thanks to Krisky Kreme, for their work with non-profits.  For our upcoming benefit concert, Krispy Kreme's 501(c)(3) program will allow student attendees receive donuts -- and help us to raise funds.  It's good to keep things fun as we promote volunteerism.

We would also like to thank the First Presbyterian Church, Mayor Tish Colombi, and the Haddonfield Schools for their support in planning the event.

Fund Raisers, Benefit Concerts and Happy Holidays

Over the years, Play It For Good has been involved in fund raisers and benefit concerts in the South Jersey, New York City, Long Island, and Connecticut areas.  We help in various capacities, including planning, organizing, providing performers, and discussing non-profit 501(c)(3) issues.  Play It For Good also plans entire benefit concerts from time to time.

Please be on the lookout for another benefit concert -- fully planned by Play It For Good -- in the near future.  The goal is to encourage volunteerism in our society -- especially in our youth -- and raise funds for good causes.

Have a great holiday season -- and a happy new year!

One Million Acts of Kindness

This school year, we were involved with several recitals that raised funds for various good causes.  We are also considering various projects, in addition to planning another full-blown benefit concert.  Please let us know if you have any comments or suggestions by contacting Rose Wang or Yonitte Ryger.

In the meantime, as we prepare for the summer break, we thought we would mention our friends, Bob & Bogart, as they continue their trek around the country and spread their message of:

One Million Acts of Kindness.

Amazing Woman Award

Recently, one of our founders was honored as an "Amazing Woman" in the South Jersey area for 2010.  Rose Wang was honored for her work in founding "Play It For Good" and raising funds for good causes.  Rose coordinated efforts within the town, schools, churches and community to organize Play It For Good's first fully-planned event, in conjunction with "One Million Acts of Kindness" -- for the "Play It For Mia" benefit concert.

Haddonfield Mayor Tish Columbi selected Rose for the award and praised her efforts with "Play It For Good (PIFG)."  The PIFG 501(C)(3) non-profit organizes benefit concerts to promote volunteerism among young artists -- and to raise funds for good causes.

Play It For Good would also like to thank Ms. Yonitte Ryger, co-founder of PIFG.  PIFG not be possible without the input of Artistic Director, Ms. Yonitte Ryger.
